One of the big advantages of being a part of the Association is being exposed to current curriculum, current ministry ideas, and even the WILLOW magazine. The WCA is not an organization that works outside of the local church simply coming up with ideas they hope the local church can embrace -- they know that these are rooted at a particular local church, and that makes all the difference in the world for me.
