The conference is for anyone at your church who is involved in community life — from community pastors at traditional churches to volunteer group leaders in emerging churches. You’ll learn from experienced group life experts and benefit from networking and training opportunities.
What’s Different? Two Scheduling Changes
- This year’s conference is now in October rather than September. Now you can put that busy first month of the school year behind you before attending.
- The conference begins at 12:30 p.m. Now many can travel on Thursday morning and save on accommodations. Want to come early? We’re offering a few Thursday morning extras, including a film festival, topical forums, and coffees.

For Everyone: Select from among 54 practical breakout options to help strengthen existing groups, ministries, and leaders. Detailed descriptions coming soon.
For Point Leaders: Group ministry leaders face a different set of challenges from their staff and volunteers. Our premium Point Leader breakout sessions are specifically designed to address these issues. Point Leaders will have the chance to personally interact with some of the foremost small-group practitioners by choosing one or two breakouts from among 18 specialized options.
Point Leader sessions carry an additional fee and are limited to only 45 spots per workshop.
