Becoming An Innovative Organization Webcast Series

The pace of change today requires churches to follow one of two paths: Innovate or very quickly become irrelevant and ultimately ineffective in your core mission. Following up on innovation and management expert Gary Hamel's message at The Leadership Summit 2009 and a Leader's Gathering webcast on the March 17, this new webcast series will allow leaders and teams to increase their personal and organizational capacity for innovation.

The series is hosted by WCA President Jim Mellado and WCA Executive Vice-President Craig Terrill and will feature special guests. On March 30, Jim and Craig introduced a framework for becoming an innovative organization on three levels: the leader's mindset, the organizational culture, and the innovation process, and each of the following webcasts focus on one of these levels.
